1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "viplh," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the viplh online gaming platform operating at viplh.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the viplh platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on viplh.
• "Platform" means the viplh website, mobile browser interface, and all software, tools, games, and services made available through viplh.net.
• "Games" refers to all casino-style games, slots, live dealer tables, bingo, sports betting markets, and specialty games (including Monster Hi-Lo and Tower) available on the viplh platform.
• "Funds" means real money credited to a Player's viplh Account in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or any non-cash incentive added to a Player's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process viplh uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory authority for gaming activities in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to viplh's casino-style games and betting services is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines for online gaming in the Philippines. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you meet this age requirement. viplh reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The viplh platform is designed and intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the viplh platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. viplh does not warrant that its services are legal or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines. It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a viplh account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. You agree to promptly update your registration information if it changes. viplh reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one active viplh account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. viplh uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your viplh username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. viplh will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. You agree to notify viplh immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your viplh account while your credentials are valid are considered to be your actions and are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorised by you. viplh shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

viplh is required to conduct identity verification for all accounts. You agree to provide, upon request, any documents reasonably required by viplh to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. These may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and screenshots or statements from your GCash or bank account. Processing of withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

viplh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, or unusual betting patterns. In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

viplh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform from time to time. All transactions on viplh are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). viplh does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the viplh platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted for individual accounts following KYC review or risk assessment. viplh reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the timeframes displayed on the platform. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. viplh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. Where this is not possible, viplh may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to an alternative payment method.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

viplh may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified, after which unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

viplh has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy that viplh determines constitutes an abuse of its promotional offers. viplh reserves the right to withhold, remove, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings in all such cases.

5.4 Promotion Changes

viplh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change shall not apply to Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's account under a completed promotional offer.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on viplh is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that game. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the game server result, the server result shall prevail.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

viplh uses certified random number generation technology to ensure fair outcomes across all games. In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or system error during a game round, viplh reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. viplh shall not be liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bets Are Final

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the viplh system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details, including stake amount and selection, before confirming. viplh is not responsible for bets placed in error by the Player.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viplh platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime through the viplh platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Using the viplh platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its infrastructure.
• Reselling, transferring, or commercialising access to viplh services without express written consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the viplh platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the viplh platform — including but not limited to the viplh name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and interfaces, text, images, software, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of viplh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the viplh platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the viplh platform. Any unauthorised use of viplh intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, viplh and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the viplh platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

viplh provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. viplh does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

viplh collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on viplh, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

viplh implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate your account.

11. Responsible Gaming

viplh is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on its platform. You may close your viplh account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure at your request, any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

viplh reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where required by law or regulatory direction. 13. Amendments to These Terms

viplh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the viplh platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the viplh platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and viplh, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
